At Al Fara'a Interiors and Joinery we apply TQM through formalised inspection and reporting procedures; quality check plans and provide "right first time" quality training for all our staff. This focus enables us to reduce waste and scrap to minimum levels, resulting in optimal turnaround times and cost savings to the benefit of our clients.
